I love pincushions and have never seen a knitted one before. I love the one your grandma had! I’m not surprised there were few pins. I’m always throwing pins away as they become dull. And I also wonder if the corsage pins could have been hat pins?
I’ve always thought that hat pins were quite long–like 12 inches long. These corsage pins are about 5 inches long and look like the ones I had when I used to still get corsages. Do women even still wear corsages?
